ROOF INSPECTION
Our initial inspection is done in-person. Once we have assessed your roof, we will let you know if it is restorable or needs to be replaced. We will give you a detailed list of repairs if needed. We can help get your roof back to top condition.
STEP THREE
REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS
If your roof is a candidate for restoration, first will go over the possibility of a roof tune up. Then we will go over costs for treatment and the warranty. If replacement is necessary, we will review replacement options. Once ready, we will schedule a time to complete the work.
STEP FOUR
YOUR REPAIRS
A thorough roof inspection, Including loose shingles, nail pops, flashing, caulking, pipe collars, and more will be addressed by our qualified certified roofing specialist and repaired.
STEP FIVE
ROOF RESTORATION
Next step, we will treat your roof with a proven earth friendly, USDA approved, rejuvenating formula that will add 5 to 15 years of service to your roof.
